HOW TO PREPARE MEAT STUFFED SQUIDS
It is undoubtedly a dish that attracts a lot of attention due to its presentation and combination of flavors, as well as giving off an aromatic odor, and it is very aphrodisiac, which can be offered as a main meal on a special occasion, and to accompany it can be balanced with a bit of carbohydrates, either rice or spaghetti, or you can also serve it as a snack in any celebration between friends and family.

Ingredients: (for 4 people)
• 4 squid.
• 80 grams of bread crumbs.
• 1 red paprika
• 100 grams of ripe tomatoes.
• A sprig of parsley.
• An onion.
• 250 grams of finely chopped pork.
• Garlic sauce.
• Oil.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation process:
As always, the first thing to do to make this recipe is to have all the ingredients at hand.
In a pan over low heat, previously lubricated with oil, add the pork and season with garlic sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Let it cook for a period of approximately 5 minutes.
Then the tomato, onion and red paprika are finely chopped.
Later these vegetables are fried in conjunction with the pork for about 10 minutes.
Then in a container add the squid filling, and add the parsley and bread crumbs, and mix until the ingredients of the filling are well integrated.
Then proceed to fill each of the squid with the meat already prepared and sealed with wooden sticks so that the filling does not come out, and salt and pepper are added to taste.
They take the squid stuffed to the oven at 180 degrees, until it reaches the desired cooking point, it can be about 10 minutes.
When the squid is removed from the oven, the wooden chopsticks are removed and chopped into slices.
And our squids are ready to enjoy their unique flavor.
