100 DAYS OF STEEM -THE DIARY GAME - DAY 21st. Daily Routine. 1st July.

I have already written for The Diary Game for 21 days, telling each day how my day unfolds.
I don't do extraordinary things but the most common and simple things that most of us do every day.

The summer days are less demanding, there is no alarm clock that reminds us that we have commitments, we have the whole day at our disposal.
This morning I am undecided whether to make a more delicious breakfast with soft muffins with chocolate chips or something healthier like simple corn flakes in milk and a drop of coffee.

Okay, I'm good. I opt for the healthier. However, it is not a sacrifice for me because I love cornflakes not only in milk but also with yogurt and fruit.

This morning I have a very important commitment: I have to send the necessary documents to confirm my daughter's enrollment in the first year of high school.

It is a very important step because it is the moment when 14 year olds enter the world of adults. They must work hard to study to lay the foundations for their future in the world of work.

In short, from this email onwards there is no going back.
The Pascal College of Pomezia will be my daughter's school for the next 5 years.
Fortunately, the procedure is done online, so nothing queues at the school office. I know it seems a foregone conclusion, but unfortunately the digitization of public offices is starting to take hold now.
Italy is a bit behind in this, but not because of the lack of skills but because we have been carrying a lot of bureaucracy for years, which entails slowing down and unnecessary laps for various offices.
I must say that Covid has speeded up the pace a bit and is making our institutions understand that we need to upgrade our systems.

After that, it's time to do something at home.
Dishes to wash of course.

Certainly the laundry.
Some delicate or stained clothing must be washed by hand.😱

Spend the morning slowly and quietly, listening to some music and chatting with my daughters to plan their meetings with some class friends and spend time with them always with due care related to Covid.
Here we have to wear the mask and keep a meter away with the others.
It's a little tough, but the infections are still there, although they have reduced significantly. We try to return to a life as normal as possible, but for the moment we cannot live as before Covid.

To break the day up a bit, in the late afternoon we go to visit my parents and enjoy some fresh air in their beautiful garden.
As always, the family cat that we are all fond of and pampered for 16 years, asks us for some attentions.

He puts himself in front of the TV even when it's on.😁

He tries to do everything until he gets what he wants, even getting on the table.

Then when he is tired and got a nice biscuit he leaves us to take a nap.

And yet this day has passed, once we returned home for dinner everything went as usual: looking for a good movie to see, a bit of whatsapp to greet some friends until bedtime.
