[busy.org] Vote value of 0.01 is not showing up for comments

Expected behavior

Busy and steemit should show same vote values on comments.

Actual behavior

Busy is not showing a vote value of 0.01 on the comment but clicking on the number next to like shows the right value in details modal.

How to reproduce

Upvote a comment that has not been up-voted, with 100SP account. (Or similar amount of voting power.)
Check the comment in steemit.com. It will display .01$ vote value but busy.org will display none.
Click on the number next to like, this will load a modal which will show .01$ vote value.

Rounding logic used on the main page is different from the logic used in modal.

I was able to replicate on the following environment:

Browser: Google Chrome (Version 65.0.3325.162 (Official Build) (64-bit))
Device: MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)
Operating system: MacOS HighSierra Version 10.13

Your post assumes that the reader would have a vote of less than 0.01, this is would not occur if you vote was 0.0.2 for example. I have upvoted the comment you mention in this post to test this. Try to write the post in a way which any reader could replicate. With that said I was able to understand the steps due to the video and the posts were useful, thank you.

Thanks for your review. I don't understand your first point though. This issue does occur with .01 upvote. When you upvoted the comment, its now showing total value of .05$
