Weekly menu for children 1-3 years
#Monday
Breakfast - 240ml boiling milk; 1 slice (30gr) rye bread; 1 boiled eggs with olive oil, 15gr without salt and little oregano; 1 fruit of season (120gr)
Lunch - Hot salad with boiled carrots cut into cubes, boiled spinach, gravy biscuits (in small or crisp cube), with lemon and olive oil; Main dish: 50gr beef with 30gr peas, few carrots, parsley, a little onion, olive oil, 1/5 garlic; 20gr rye bread
#Tuesday
Breakfast - 100ml yogurt with banana and oats softened; 1 egg of olive oil and little oregano
Lunch - First dish: roasted red peppers with a little garlic, olive oil - grated in puree. Main dish: white beans cooked with carrots, celery, a little onion, a little tomato sauce and olive oil
#Wednesday
Breakfast - (20gr) trahana with 15gr white cheese, olive oil and rye bread; 2 tangerines
Lunch - First dish: Pure cauliflower with 40gr potatoes, cauliflower, a few garlic, milk Main dish: Chicken soup with rice, celery, carrots, parsley, eggs, olive oil.
#Thursday
Breakfast - 1 oak, vanilla and orange juice: 1 glass of milk
Lunch - First dish: Vegetables boiled like squash, broccoli, carrots, cracked in small or printed pieces; olive oil, a little lemon juice and a bit of thin parsley to taste. Main dish: 90gr potato puree with milk, olive oil, 20gr white cheese
#Friday
Breakfast - 120ml of oatmeal, softened and sweetened with pressed apples and pressed bananas.
Lunch - First dish: pumpkin, carrot, crushed or pureed, with olive oil and white cheese or cottage cheese. Main dish: small pasta with 30gr minced meat, fresh tomatoes in summer or sauce in winter, 15gr cheese, and little carrot, olive oil.
