I'm a 39 year old single mom, artist that works at home and outside. When I'm at home , I'm either taking care of my son, working on an art project, cooking , cleaning , ahhhh , yes exhausting... . Seems like a busy life for not wanting to take care of myself ... ?... wrong!. This is what I always believed in..., If you don't love yourself you can't love anything else . So take a little time from your busy life and nourish yourself , either exercising or making a yummy healthy meal. Remember, what you do in your life is a reflection of yourself and you project that in everything you do or say.
