New Toys

I'm currently on spring break from teaching and I thought I'd take some time during the break to update my software. Since I use a lot of plugins and there can be compatibility issues between versions I'd been putting off updating Cinema 4D and I was several versions behind. In a lot of cases that wouldn't be much of a big deal but Cinema has made some significant upgrades in the last few versions.

This image is the result of playing around with some new features a bit. Cinema added volume modeling which opens up a lot of possibilities and rendering noise is also possible, which is how I made this weird meat cube.

Just a bit of fun before bed. Once I get a handle on all the new stuff I'll hopefully be able to set aside some time to make some really cool stuff.
