And people are shocked by the information, it is also dangerous. When I was young I wasn't really connected to social media. So, they have not been able to filter company information, e-mails, leaflets and so on. Then the old age began to be bombarded all.

I hear a lot when young parents rarely exercise. Then when the age was getting senior, he began to retire,

"I want to go to fitness from now on, I want to do yoga, I want to blah...blah...blah..."

We have an ambitious structure. This is what I don't like.

OK, nutrition remains. A lot of people say I have to drink milk, once I have entered the senior age community. The problem is not about milk, the problem with milk that is being championed once again is calcium. Yet what we need is not only calcium for strong bones. We must have phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin B3.

So, eat a balanced diet. Balanced is the right carbohydrates, enough protein, then the fat intake is from good fats.

First, what I want to say to my parents. Please, what is inherited is not just diamonds, houses and land. If there are foods that when we enter senior age, it is no longer suitable, pass it on to our grandchildren or children. For example, foods rich in carbohydrates.

Precisely because of senior age, try shifting to food for seniors. Rich in antioxidants, rich in fiber, slow to digest into sugar. Especially if it's not vegetables and fruit.

According to general guidelines, a balanced diet should be 3-5 servings. Just imagine if one day we can eat 3-5 servings.

This is not a three-piece cucumber beside fried rice, that's a requirement. So, yes, vegetables are up to five servings a day. And avoid the same food over and over.

For our mother, we are talking about cooking long beans. All he thought was stir-fried long beans, again stir-fried long beans. Maybe you have to suspect, this mama may have started to back off a bit. Because the creativity of the old man will regress once he is no longer functioning properly.
