Things to Pay Attention to When Making Juice
Juices, both fresh fruit and vegetables, are important for health. Juices also have the recommended fruits and vegetables that the body needs every day. In addition, most of the juice has a function to cure various diseases. In general, fruit juices can stimulate toxins and acids in the body. On the other hand, vegetable juices can soothe tired nerves, and remove toxins in a more subtle way.
According to therapists, and nutritionists, juice can help us get the benefits of various kinds of fruits and vegetables, without eating them one by one. The nutrients in the juice are also easily absorbed, so this drink is believed to be a healthy sankis drink. Juice actually becomes unhealthy, if we don't pay attention to the rules of the game in making juice.
For example we don't process it properly, or we then consume juice at the wrong time. Or we combine fruits and vegetables that are not suitable. Well, here are things that must be considered when we process juice.
The first rule, choose fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not forget to pay attention to the quality of the fruit and vegetables that will be made for the juice, so that the benefits are maximized. Use fresh vegetables and fruit for juice. Fruits that are too young will produce a sour taste, while those that are too ripe will have a too soft texture, and the aroma will be pungent.
The second rule, don't just mix fruits and vegetables into the juice. Each fruit and vegetable has different properties, some have short chemical sugar chains, so they can be digested quickly by the digestive system. If the juice we drink consists of fruits or vegetables that are opposite chemical chains, then the stomach has to work hard by adjusting to two conditions at once. As a result, the mechanism of decomposition of chemical compounds becomes chaotic, and can lead to stomach acid. Maybe in making juice, you have to know in advance the fruits and vegetables that can be combined, to get the maximum benefit. Because the way it works is different, don't mix more than 3 types of fruit in juice, in one drink. For example sweet fruit with sub-acid or sour fruit, then sour fruit with vegetables, and also vegetable fruit, with green vegetables.
The third rule, immediately drink the juice that has been made. Usually when we make juice, we always leave it alone. But a better suggestion is, immediately drink the juice that has been made, don't delay it for more than 20 minutes. Because the fermentation process starts around the twentieth. If left unchecked, the next process is decay. Therefore, if a condition prevents us from consuming juice after we make it, store the juice in a tightly closed aluminum thermos.
The fourth rule, drink the juice with the dregs. So delicious and easy to swallow, drink little by little, while chewing. Chewing well will make the production of enzymes more optimal. In addition, during the chewing process, the stomach will work easily and burn calories.
The fifth rule, don't add sugar. To add flavor to the process of making juice, sometimes we add sugar to it. Precisely by adding sugar to the juice, it can give the effect of being full quickly, and at the same time feeling hungry again. So, it is better to drink juice, without added sugar, and hold it in the mouth before swallowing, so that the juice we consume has the opportunity to mix with the enzymes contained in the saliva first. Even if you need to drink bottled juice from time to time, you should choose one that does not add sugar in any form.
The sixth rule, drink juice on an empty stomach. To maximize the absorption process, as well as make detoxification effective, drink juice in the morning as breakfast. Other times, drink juice about 15 minutes, or 30 minutes before consuming carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and so on.
Well, another rule that we need to pay attention to is, don't keep the juice too long. If you make the juice in the morning, for example, drink it at noon, or in the afternoon. Because actually, higher ultraviolet exposure, it can remove the vitamins. If you intend to save, then preserve the juice in the right way. Suppose you mix the juice with ice cubes, blend the two and store them well. Keep the temperature, because the cold temperature, can preserve the vitamins in it. Or you can also use another medium, for example by using aluminum, and it will last about 4 hours.
Until here, first information about the rules for making good juice, hopefully it can inspire us all, happy to share.
Best regards always.
