Why use water?

Because this water helps to soften the food ingredients to be used, so that the spices are more pervasive and the taste is more delicious.

Hmmm.... Which is better, the cooking technique is boiled, or steamed, or the cooking technique is burned. Or which one is better, the technique is burned, or fried.

Well, questions like this often arise in society and become pros and cons.

Some say that the wet hot cooking technique is better than the dry hot cooking technique.

But actually which one is correct, boiled, fried, steamed, or burned?

Of the several cooking methods, whether it's boiled, baked, or fried, the best is steaming. Because by steaming it can maintain the nutritional value of the food.

What is not good is when it is fried and burned. In foods that are burned excessively to charred, it can contain carcinogenic substances, which if consumed can cause cancer.

In fried foods, the oil content that settles in the food increases the number of calories which if consumed in excess can cause obesity.

And the second thing that makes fried foods dangerous is, when using frying oil that has been used repeatedly, it can cause carcinogenic substances as well, thus triggering cancer in those who consume it.

Boiled food can reduce its nutritional value, because when boiled, the nutritional content of the food can only settle in the cooking water.

If you are a connoisseur of burnt food, it is a bit difficult to avoid this, yes. But there is something you need to pay attention to, don't consume it too often. Because consuming it very often and excessively, it will have an impact on your health, including by eating foods that are often burned.

In addition, you must apply the spices evenly. If you don't apply the seasoning evenly, if you have too much of it, it will burn and trigger carcinogens.

Choose healthy meat. Basically, the ingredients that we often consume, whether from poultry, red meat or types of fish, provide benefits to the body. It is recommended to use lean red meat, because it can reduce the danger of burnt food.

Bake the right way. You can use the right process, so that it does not harm the body. As with baking at a distance of 15 cm.

Do not get too close, because it will damage the protein in the meat.

You can also wrap it in aluminum oil, so it doesn't burn.

Cooking is a very pleasant habit for people who have this hobby.

Cooking doesn't need special skills, you just need passion, desire and willingness to do this. Because actually cooking can be learned alone or not. However, sometimes when we cook ourselves, we often make mistakes that we could have avoided if we cooked with an expert or a professional.
