Healthy by Cycling
Did you know that cycling can make your heart healthy? This was proven after a trial was carried out in Denmark by 500 thousand contestants pedaling a bicycle for 5 km. From research conducted in the United States in 2014 by Steven Stiller, a professor who is an expert in his field. Because of this, people living in Europe tend to choose cycling rather than riding motorbikes or cars. Because when cycling all the body's organs move, starting from the legs, hips, hands, eyes, head. That way, all body organs can function and stay healthy. Muscles and bones become strong, then the mind becomes clear, free from stress and so on.
But note, cycling should be done in the morning and evening. Don't cycle during the day, because it doesn't make us healthy, but actually makes us sick.
