Drying Coffee Beans

Aceh, where I live, is known as an abundant coffee producing area. So it's not surprising, we can find many coffee plantations in Aceh. From these coffee beans various kinds of coffee drinks will be produced, such as Sanger coffee, Arabica coffee, Robusta coffee, and many more. But to get to that stage, these coffee beans must first be dried in the sun until dry.
The process of drying coffee beans can take up to 1 week. But if the weather is good, like now, the weather is very hot, the process of drying the coffee beans will be faster. This stage of drying the coffee beans is carried out by two or more people. Usually those who do it are two experienced young people. Yesterday I saw first hand when these coffee beans were dried in the sun.
I also had time to chat with them while taking pictures for me to post to Steemit. These coffee beans come from Takengon, they brought them here because there are large stalls here for drying coffee beans. Every day they bring 20 sacks of coffee beans here by truck. With the help of two workers, the process of drying coffee beans can be faster.
The owner of the coffee beans admitted that he was very lucky because he found this very spacious stall to dry the coffee beans. Meanwhile, in Takengon, where they live, it is very difficult to find a large area of land to dry coffee, because everything is already used by other coffee farmers. For that reason, they looked for another place outside Takengon to dry the coffee beans they had just picked. Finally they found a large empty field for them to dry this huge amount of coffee beans.
These coffee beans are dried in the sun from 7 am to 6 pm. It has been more than a week since the Takengon people have been drying their coffee beans in the PBI field. That's how the process of drying coffee beans is very tiring, it requires extra effort and patience to do it. Until finally the coffee beans can become coffee powder which is then made into a delicious cup of coffee.

Everyone likes to drink coffee. Earlier I used to drink coffee regularly. Coffee makes you sleepy. Earlier I used to have coffee regularly in the evening. But now it is eaten. Drinking coffee is good for the body. I have never seen coffee made. How it is actually made. I have not seen. I have only the ignorance of coffee.
