A  Healthy  Heart

Our hearts must be healthy. WHO writes that there are 3 health. Namely social, physical and mental.

Actually, if in religion, add one, namely spiritual. It's all related.

Physical pain, I always say can be psychological, from psychological can be spiritual.

When a sick person doesn't recover, then he becomes hopeless.

Hopelessness is already a mental illness. If you have broken up, start blaming God.

So all four must be taken care of.

If you have a physical illness, you must exercise. Physique is made an effort, especially at the age of 40 years and over. A diet that is NBI (Enjoy Limit Balance). Enjoy everything, but limit it. You can eat shrimp, but don't eat 3 plates. That means, limit balance.

Then social. Social is also influential. Please forgive me, people whose friendship will expand their good fortune will be taken care of. Because friendship also has physical, psychological.

Just smiling has a extraordinary effect on adrenaline. Just as this community gathers, stay in touch, yes. It was incredible.

I applaud a community like this, it helps the survival rate too. Together it is beautiful.

And also next is spiritual. It's spiritual because every disease has a cure. So don't despair .

Then there are three powers that must be exercised by anyone who is sick, especially those who are auto immune. One, scientific power.

Find an expert. Experts, don't go to a shaman, please forgive me because very often, if there's something wrong, go to a shaman.
