This is great and all you said here is the truth because i am a nutritionalist and in this world especially those living in the undeveloped or developing countries are dying as a result of poor nutrition and lack of some of the essential nutrients needed in our daily diets which included lipids and sterols from whole grain foods and the complete 22 amino acids neededfor body metabolism which causes the death of the cells so the only way or answer to this is embracing natural foods and getting the whole nutrient our body needs! Goodwork!!!
