Chinese Wok Fire!

Here is a video of when I lived in Longyan, Fujian province, which is just across from Taiwan. I really loved this town and Fujian province in general. There are a lot of great people, mountains, tea and food there. I highly recommend visiting it if you have the chance! Here it is on the map.

Here is the video I shot, it is quite common to see this kind of a scene. And as you can see, people are friendly and don't care if I come right into their restaurant!
