Couscous Salad - Couscous mixed with peas, carrots and corn flavored with fresh coriander, cumin powder, pepper and salt topped with a mix of bell pepper, cucumber, radish, red onion and garlic mixed with fresh herbs like basil, coriander and mint as well as orange filets flavored with a lemon juice with olive oil vinaigrette - delicious refreshing salad on an other sunny day at work
this is nice, it reminds me of coleslaw
