Michele the Trainer’s Freezy Vanilla Protein Pumpkin Smoothie

In the USA, pumpkin pie is an autumn fall season and holiday thing. It's delicious, spiced and usually embellished with a ton of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Enjoy the same flavors and creaminess without the fat from eating pie and ice cream.

*add into blender and pulse until thick and creamy:

2 scoops (Organic Vegan) Vanilla Protein
5 Frozen Cubes of Organic Pumpkin Puree (scoop into ice cube tray, then freeze)
4 Ice Cubes
1 frozen Organic Banana
1/2 Cup Organic Almond or Soy milk
1/2 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie spice (If you can't buy this, you can Google how to combine your own)
1/4 Tsp. Powdered Ginger
Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt

Optional Additions:
Sweetener to taste. (I recommend nothing but local raw organic honey, or organic maple syrup)
Organic Maple Flavor (for those that cannot consume the sugar in maple syrup!)
Organic Vanilla Extract (about 1/2 tsp)

You can top with vegan whipped topping, ask your local store for options!

I have made this with Sun Warrior Organic Raw Vanilla Protein…and it’s always awesome!*

note…I’m not a fan of living on ONLY vitamin pills or powder or powdered shakes….I’m a fan of real food that grows in real organic soil….I’m also a fan of pumpkin pie..LOL…so have a treat and enjoy…please don’t get all shake only crazy
