♨️Music Is Still In Me♨️

We couldn't just tell ourselves what we would be in the future because we don't know what exactly there is to be us being what we would be. Like me, I when I was 13 years old, I had met a friend who knows how to play guitar. He was actually my neighbor and he was a very nice person. He's name is Paulo, the same age like me that time and he was the one who teaches me how to play a guitar. He had his Yamaha Acoustic guitar that time and I felt nothing about by not knowing that it was worth thousands of pesos (hundreds of $). I was so ignorant about it and felt embarassed to myself right now when I remembring that moment. Lol!

He encouraged me and told me that he would teach me everyday and I was like, ok, and thanked him so much because right now, if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't know how to play guitar and I wouldn't experience to headbang on stage.

After months of learning and practicing the guitar, I bought myself a guitar to pracitic it on my own but, instead of acoustic, I bought an electric guitar because I wanted to be like James Hetfield of Metallica. He was also my inpiration and I wanted to be like him as a professional music artist. I built a band and we named it SilverbacK and we had lots of gigs around Manila, Philippines. Our music genre were a bit cool because we'd worked in different kinds of bar and we should have to learn lots of variety songs such as RnB's, Jazz, Disco, Love Songs and Etc. It's very hard for us but, we had to do it to earn. Luckily, we had lots of gigs almost every night but, I shoudn't had to be with them because that time, the place that we were working for had a curfew and at my age (15), my bandmates (ages 19 to 22) told me that I must go home or sit behind the stage so that there wouldn't be a problem at all.

I was so happy to know Paulo and I felt great for myself because in just months, I already knew how to play guitar. I thought that I had to continue my own career as a musician and wanting to be a musician artist in the future but, I thought of having a negative thinking when I was studying in my first year college. I thought of being in the music industry wouldn't let me reach that goal because I wanted to have a regular work as a lifetime. So, I decided to quit the music industry that I wanted to go to but still, music is still in me and it will never gone away.

As an additional, I captured this photo 2 years ago and I called my son "Soccerhead" and got this idea because that time, I like listening to Guns and Roses's song called "Chinese Democracy". The lead guitarist of Guns and Roses that time is "Buckethead" and thought of an idea and took a new soccer ball, put it on his head and took the Ukulele and boom!
