#ulog day 8 - Adobong Pusit ( Squid Adobo)
Hi Steeamian...Todau is my 8th day for Sir Terry's @surpassinggoogle #ulog . Sharing is my adobong pusit (squid) recipe. To those who donn't know yet adobo, it's meat cooked in soy sauce and vinegar mixture.
To start of we'll be needing the following ingredients 1 tbsp vinegar, pepper, salt, 1/2 tbsp sugar, squid, garlic, bay leaf and the ink of the squid.
First is to saute garlic and the squid. Then gradually add all the ingredients cover and just let it boil. Served with rice.
