Nikola Motor Demands Tesla Due to Design Case
Big name of famous scientist Nikola Tesla was the inspiration for the naming of two electric car manufacturers from the United States namely Nikola Motor Company and also Tesla. Well, although both take the name of one scientist, in fact the two are not well connected, even now is in a row.
The problem itself is the result of the arrival of Tesla Semi, an electric powered truck introduced by Tesla at the end of 2017 ago. At that time, Tesla Semi is quite horrendous to the automotive industry, especially the consumers who need a truck that is environmentally friendly, powerful, but also modern and also economical. With Tesla indifferent, it certainly makes Nikola Motor inflamed, and demanded compensation of 2 Billion US Dollar. But Tesla's spokesman said that the demands from Nikola Motor did not have any benefits. Tesla Semi itself has so far posted pre-orders of 1,500 units, and the schedule of electric trucks will begin shipping to consumers in 2020.
Though Tesla is as concerned about this demand, but of course this problem could just tackle the factory led by Elon Musk this.
