Because I learned that if I am in the "should" island, and not in the "want" island, I know I am about to make a mistake.

I should have stayed in banking.

I should have stayed in NYC.

I should find another 9-5 job.

I wanted to get into entrepreneurship. And I did.

I wanted to start my own startup. And I did.

I wanted to move to LA. And I did.

I wanted to get into product growth. And I did.

It wasn’t easy making the leap.

There was a lot of questioning am I making the right choice.

What I know was: I was unhappy with what I should be doing and was doing.

What I did: I went after what I wanted and surrounded myself with and learn from people who would help me make it happen.

What do you want instead of should?
