RE: Snake in the grass? Not this time!

Thank you! That is a fragment of the famous Tarantino movie "Kill Bill". What I especially like in that bit is her cold-blooded cruelty when she mentioned the word "gargantuan" and how she always wanted to use it in the sentence, watching how another person is dying in tortures.

It is indeed a rare word. It comes from the name of the character of a French novel by Francois Rabelais "Gargantua y Pantagruel". Both being giants thus the words itself means humongous.

I assume you have a PC rather than Mac

Ok, first you go to Youtube.com and select the video that you want to use.

Then you right mouse click on that video.

You will see a popup as shown below...

The first option from the top is called "Copy Video URL" Click it with the left Mouse button

What you've done is you've copied the link to the video to the memory of your computer

Now you can go to your Steemit post or Steemit comment and paste the video inside pressing simultaneously two buttons on your keyboard CTRL and V

You are done!

Sort:

I have never thought of the origin of the word Gargantuan, a word that is familiar to me. You have taught me something.....thank you, my life is richer.
You have also taught me how to copy a video and I'll practise the skill tomorrow.
Thank you for both.
Is it possible to say copy the video you sent to me and send it to someone else say on email? (Am I now taking advantage of your teaching skills?)

You are by the way, a talented teacher.
Thank you

We all learning from each other.

O course! No, you are not taking any advantage. You are welcome to ask me any "technical" questions and if I know how to do it I will surely show you. Send it with easy conscious. )))
