Cope Cover - Foo Fighters - Over And Out

Back in about mid 2013 I had fallen in love with an acoustic style version of a particular Foo Fighters song called over and out which I saw on the Skin and Bones DVD. It just hit the right chords with me as a beautiful collaboration of sound masterfully put together, it stirred such emotion with me that I had to learn how to play it. I listened to the song on my way to work for a week on repeat and spent a weekend learning how to play it on my semi acoustic Ibanez guitar.

At this point in my life I was playing with music quite a bit and even had a considerable fan base considering the low visual quality of my uploads. I had literally just put the song together with the vocals and needed to see if it sounded as good as I had hoped, so out came the mobile phones. In a smoky garage with a couple of friends and a few drinks to keep me chilled I did a trial run. This is the recording of that 1st trial run, a few hours later I live streamed to Canada and Switzerland and played as a completed rendition. It did well with the audience.

As it is only an audio recording I have used a program to display some Foo Fighters imaging while the track plays, full credit to Foo Fighters the band and artists who created the band artworks. If you listen carefully you can hear cars passing outside apologies in advance.
