@blocktrades which is accessible by https://blocktrades.us is a service where basically you send some amount of a cryptocurrency(like steem) and get another form of cryptocurrency(like Ethereum) in return, it is very easy to use, and the exchange price is fairly low
yeah it's nice but how to convert into real money i mean country currency
if you have something like mastercard or Visa, you should use coinbase.com to change your Bitcoin and ethereum to Fiat money(dollars and other regular currencies),
by using blocktrades you can change your steem related assets to ETH or BTC, then send them to your bank accounts by using https://coinbase.com
