The Diary Game Season 3//Sit-at-Home Activities of Today

Man has a way to dominate without empathy his fellow humans under him. Our streets are quiet as if there's a lion roaring outside. Everyone has been forced to stay at home, don't move out from Monday to Thursday.

Is this a lack of consideration or what? There are a lot of families who live from daily earnings, they must go out to ache for their lives before they can eat.

I ask: is there no other option to achieve their objective without mandatory sitting at home order?

Well I praise God Almighty for giving me a Proof of Brain foundation of Steemit Platform. I can sit inside as I'm now and use this gift of mental capability to earn a living without moving outside.

I woke up strong, engaged in my morning devotion, make some calls and switch on my data. I checked my mails on WhatsApp, telegram and email and responded to necessary ones like mentoring newbies and helping another one to Power Up some Steem.

Jesse switched on the generator, we plugged phones and other devices. Neighbors brought their chargeables to me to help them charge them.

My sister Mummy Sonia is a prudent and diligent woman. Each time there's this kind of long sit at home order, she will put her hands to something to generate income. This time she prepared to fry Akara (Beans Cake). She woke up very early to wash the beans and to go grind it before 6:30am. She came back and began the smoothing procedure using mortar and pestle. You can hear the sound from the kitchen, meanwhile the oil is heating up on the stove. Yesterday they were not able to buy gas, so she is frying the Akara on the stove.

Her daughter, Sonia is ready taking the fried ones with their Turin basin, outside to sell to customers waiting to buy. One thing with Sis Gift is that she is gifted in cooking meals, yes she is a chef inside town where her eatery shop is. She prepares different kinds of local soup like Ugha, Afang, Erikaikon, Okro soup and Egusi (melon) soup. She is specialized in cooking soup only. If you taste her soup, you will always visit her eatery.

So customers flocked around the Turin basin of Beans Cake to have a buy, 50, 100, 200 naira. They were buying, especially those men sitting at one closed shop near our compound. They were also builders opposite us, the men wants Akara so they ordered theirs. Sonia was busy packaging in a nylon bag and dispatching to them.

I bought mine, a hundred Naira worth of it and enjoyed it with my ginger and turmeric tea sweetened with a satchet of Milo beverage.

Within a short while, the whole Akara finished, yet people were still coming to request for more. She fried not plenty because she thought there might not be many buyers. Tomorrow and next are other days for sitting inside, she will fry plenty of Bean Cake.

I would have invited you to come over, buy and taste Mummy Sonia's Akara, but I won't for fear of hoodlums who might hijack this order to cause mayhem on innocent people.
