Exercise update for last week! Keep me motivated!
Okay! So last week was full of things to do since my daughter had her birthday.
I did, however, manage to wrestle in some much needed time on the "moonwalker" machine - the weather didn't allow for running outside.
- 3 days with 30minutes on the Moonwalker
- 3 days with Squats
- 3 days with Plank
- 3 days with Push-ups
Mental note... don't overdo it right before you have to clean the house and decorate for a birthday. The body aches!
Oh yeah - and I bought bluetooth earplugs and expect to fire up the running shoes this week :)

It can be hard to get into an exercise routine. You have to figure out what works for you. In my case I have to do it as the very first thing and just a 30 minute routine of all exercises that involves pushing or pulling your own weight. Then some dog walks later :)
Hard? It is very hard to get started, as everything hurts. I had to push myself to do it rather than sitting down and doing nothing. Felt great after though. Now I just gotta keep at it and create my own habits.
