RICH OR POOR MAKES NO DIFFERENCE
Once there was a very rich man, he had more money than anyone in their county. He could throw bucketfuls in a safe as big as a room.
He had so many farms, houses and just could never get enough.
Everything he did was to make money, he was never satisfied.
This man had so many people working for him, and he treated them very badly.
He paid them minimum wage and had to live in terrible little houses with no running water and no toilets. The people could not complain because work was not easy to come by.
Everyone worked hard and just worked for the man who had the best.
He did not care about any of his workers and he never tried to help anyone.
He went to town with his truck once a month to buy the food that his workers needed and ate.
When he got back home he sold it to them, for more than he had paid for it, he was just a nasty, stingy man.
He had a house that had 8 bedrooms and every bedroom had its own bathroom.
He had lots of the best cars that money could buy. His garages were stocked with them. He was an extremely stingy man.
This man also had 10 wine farms and they need a lot of workers so he really needed a lot of workers.
These workers lived in total poverty. He did not care about them at all.
He loved his wife a lot but not as much as his money.
He then lost his wife in a car accident and realised how lonely one can be, yet he still kept treating his people badly.
That is when he started working his workers harder.
One day he became sick and the doctor said, you will need a new kidneys as these ones you have has been very badly treated and you are going to die if we don’t find one fast.
He was very disgusted to find out that he could not buy the top stop for the next kidney; here he found out that money cannot buy everything.
When one of his workers came to see him, he said I will give you one of my kidneys as I have two good kidneys and you can live with one kidney.
I know yours are both in the same condition so it will keep you alive if I give you one.
The man was rude and said who wants a workers kidney definitely not me.
The worker left and went home to tell his wife how horrible the man had treated him.
The man got sicker and sicker.
One day one of his workers died and they let the man in the hospital know that there was a kidney available that would work for him.
He was pleased to receive the kidney.
When he got home he was just like always until one day, the wife of the man who died told him that her husband had died.
I gave his kidney to you even after you were so nasty to him. The man felt terrible for the first time in his life. He realised that she had nothing to give, but when she did have something she did not keep it away from him as she was a good person.
The man changed his whole life. He built decent houses for all his workers and paid them their share. He even gave them all food without charging them anything.
So luckily for this man he changed his life before it was too late, as he would not have made any differences had he not been sick.
So just remember it does not matter what possessions you have the day you die, you cannot take anything with you.
Hope you enjoyed my post and have a wonderful day, from the Wild Coast.

Very attractive title you selected sir @methusalem
Thank you always a problem.
?? Always a problemmm ??,?
So sorry I mean thinking of a title. :)
Food for thought when people are struggling to make ends meet, without a plate of food to eat whilst others spend so lavishly, living only for themselves. Another great thought provoking read @methusalem
Thank you so much for such a complimentary reply.
