Micheal O. Rabin in the year 1979 developed and provided a method and means of generating digital signature that ensures the security of whatever network it is implemented and the name of this mechanism is known as the Rabin cryptographic signature.

What makes the Rabin cryptographic signature different and stand out is that unlike the symmetric key cryptographic methods, where the same key is used for both encryption and decryption, the Rabin on the other hand uses a pair of keys the first key, a public key is used for encryption and the second key a private key for decryption.

In this post of mine I will be discussing and explaining some of the important and significant advantages of the Rabin cryptographic signature, shinning the light on it strength and uniqueness and further mentioning some of its applications, and implications.
