Hello Friends,

It's nice to be back and posting again, due to some error that happened in my computer, and another kind of stuff that I had to deal with, and I hope It will be fine now.

I will share with you the mushroom that I found in some rotten woods as my participation in the Contest Macro Photography which is held by @sultan-aceh.

This mushroom is found under the trees in rotten woods and some dried leaves. Normally, most of the mushrooms live in groups, but this is a different one, I found only one mushroom. Might be because the condition of the growing medium or the humidity is not good enough to make the mushrooms thrive well.

According to the Mushroom Application, the common name of this mushroom is Brittlestems with the Botanical's name is Psthyrellaceae. Not all mushrooms are edible, this mushroom is one that cannot be eaten. Possibly poisonous, and there are several similar mushrooms with different classes that are poisonous that it is advisable not to touch them.

The Psathyrellaceae mushrooms are a family that has dark-spored agarics that generally have rather soft, fragile fruiting bodies, and are characterized by black, dark brown, rarely reddish, or even pastel-colored spore prints. It is around 50% of species produce fruiting bodies that dissolve into ink-like ooze when the spores are mature via autodigestion.source
