Spring Reign by Katy Perry.

I'm reviewing 'Spring Reign by Katy Perry' so this is very exciting because it is not actually out in the UK shops yet but i think it'll be coming out soon because it's obviously springtime now so it's sort of the season for it to come out

right so this is the box and so it's quite a different design to the other boxes which are in the back, it doesn't have like ... I call it 'the pillow effect' because it doesn't have buttons and like the crossover,

it doesn't have any of that, it's just a plain background but then it's got all the flowers which are like water-coloured flowers going on around here,

sort of like a hippie version of the original going around and it's obviously all pink which is awesome and this is the bottle so the bottle itself is actually sort of like only tinted pink

I would say I think it's pretty much see-through but then it looks pink because the actual fragrance is pink on the inside and then it's got the gold lid which is like a crown and it's really cool,

and it's got the cats on there... ooh you can't really see that but it's got two cats on there and then it's got 'KP' on the back as well, so this is the bottle and it says 'Killer Queen' going across there so the top notes for this

fragrance are: freesia, blackcurrant blossom and violet so this top starts with a fresh floral note of the freesia mixed with like a combination of the black currant blossom and the violet which mixes together to make like a

candy-like sort of a powdery sweet floral scent really which makes the top quiet young yet floral opening, so the middle notes are: rose, artimisia and gardenia so, rose I would say is probably the main floral

and main note in the whole scent but it mixes really well with the gardenia and along with like the top notes to bring it a lighter and more sweeter rather than a strong rose note which is quite known to be overbearing

but with this scent, it's quite mellow so the base notes are: cashmere woods, cedar wood and benzoin so the base is quite obviously a woodsy ending which blends like really well

with the florals within this fragrance it's like a garden, that's what it reminds me of, anyway, so it's also like the signature Killer Queen base notes but the benzoin helps continue

the sweetness of the actual fragrance by giving it like a sort of a vanilla ending to it, overall this fragrance is a sweet spring rose fragrance, it has like a fresh candy-like top a soft yet strong rose middle and a woodsy base,

this scent is definitely like a day scent but it doesn't last too long unlike the other Killer Queens, it lasts for about 4-5 hours

so I would probably spray it on again during the day to get the freshness of the scent back, so on my other review I said that 'Oh So Sheer' was the spring version of 'Killer Queen'

it is but I would say it's the fruity spring version of 'Killer Queen' and then 'Spring Reign' is like the floral spring version of 'killer queen'

and that's really the difference between them and I think their both really great for springtime, So... ooh, i'll put this back, so on My Board of Many Fragrances here is 'Spring Reign' by Katy Perry so,

the box I gave an 8, I have to say I do prefer the other boxes to this original one...no...I prefer the original one to this one!

and I gave the bottle a 10 because I think all the bottle are brilliant and I just think they're very original, and I think the scent is an 8 because I do love the floral scents,

they're sort of my average scents in a way which sounds bad but it's that they're all my favourites, I absolutely love springtime fragrances like clean fresh fragrances and this is a really nice fragrance for spring/summertime,

so at the first smell, first look at it, it was a bit weird that it was like a candy plus the florals plus the strong rose smell,

it was sort of a bit.. surprising really but it works really well, I think you have to wear it during the day and it really is a really great fragrance.
