Sharing my walk and a self-quarantine tip Day 1
Hi Guys!
It's been a crazy time for me but I wanted to get back into posting daily because it's SO EASY to let it fall by the wayside.
If you recall, I was sharing my health journal and apple cider vinegar challenge. Right now I'm calling my walk/talks BLAHGING - and I've been keeping up with my walks (when my back allows me) and my ACV drinks because I believe that it's helping my immune system.
Remote Helping
Many of my real life friends and social media friends are frustrated and feeling lost about this whole self-quarantine concept. I feel like I've done social distancing most of my life and certainly been a remote worker for nearly a decade so my day really hasn't changed.
Having said that, I will be sharing some tips for anyone who might be struggling.
