There are cogent characteristics that a leader must have, those characteristics of a leader are things that should not be taken for granted.

To be a good an efficient leader, this characteristics must be put into great consideration and this attributes are things that should be developed and worked on constantly.

• To be a good leader, the individual needs to be very courageous and strong: For a person who aspires to be a great leader, courage is one basic key that should not in any way be taken for granted. The reason for this is that there will be struggles and issues of life, there will be times and periods and everyone around will be basically weak and count on the leader for strength and words of encouragement, that is the reason why a leader should not feel weak or down at any point in time.

• A good leader must become obedient to governing authorities: It is believed that rulers are law makers,that means that if they are the ones who make the laws, they should not break those made laws in any way since they are the ones who prepare the laws and delegate over the issue.
  A leader should abide strictly by the created laws, the laws that govern the seat on which he rules over.

• A good leader must have the capability to be able to think logically: For a person to be called a good leader, his thinking capacity must be very high, he must be able to reason well and reason fast.
  A logical thinker has the ability to relate circumstances properly and that is how a logical leader should be.

• A good leader must be able to manipulate people's heart to his favor, a good leader must have the power to make his subject view things from his own perspective.
