The invention of the wheel is acclaimed as the greatest thing man could ever have invented.

The wheel presented man the roadmap to the civilisation of his kind. Literally speaking nothing could and/or would have moved without it, and I'm pretty sure Enzo Ferrari would concur and nod his head.

Coming out from the Dark Ages man has gone through various civilisations through the Agricultural and Industrial Revolutions to the present Information Age.

Right from the beginning, at the core of man's progressive development is 'technology'.

When the need for something becomes essential, you are forced to find ways of getting or achieving it and thus the old adage Necessity is the mother of invention ...or is it?

Either way, for better or worse we are what we are and where we are today as a result of inventions and technology.

In 2017, Artificial Intelligence went abuzz and caught the attention of the people at all levels right down to the man-in-the-street. Its still abuzz as I write. Though many including the governments still do not comprehend AI, but it is being developed at a pace even the Tesla Model S finds it too fast to catch up. Ask Elon, and he'd gladly tell you.

Btw, Elon Musk is one of a few concerned men of the unseen menace of Artificial Intelligence. They have voiced out and are taking measures to confront and counteract what they foresee.

What I find amazing is the quick reaction to everything everytime a new thing is put on the invention-table. Its a case of what I called "proreactive".

Though there are many now people who seem to rediscover and realise that we're in the Matrix, not many know of its polarity construct...also known as The Duality.

Its a gated IO system. Yes-No, True-False, In-Out. As such everything is created and presented with opposites. Black and white, big-small, long-short, good-bad, positive-negative and so forth with a cause-and-effect built into it to spark a (chemistry) reaction producing astounding dynamics.

Today, top individuals from around the world convened at the World Government Summit to discuss the agenda that should govern the next generation of governments. Yesterday, a select few of these leaders gathered in a secretive meeting to discuss the guidelines that nations should use as they help their people come to terms with no longer being the only sentient species on the planet.

Of course, this was just one of the many topics discussed. Officials also deliberated on the most immediate ways they can implement AI technologies to make our lives better, who should govern AI, and how to best navigate the perilous roads ahead.
