Today a customer sent us a large list of a quotation request that included more than seventy items, including hardware, electrical, lighting and many door, furniture and office accessories. The problem was not to get all these products and offer them according to their needs, but the customer had communicated that it was urgent and required it before 5:00 pm for approval, that was not all, at that time were 1: 32pm, we had little time to achieve the goal, but something that describes our company is customer satisfaction and do not waste your time.
In our office we are in team of work, that is to say we work together to achieve the goals, supporting us and being organized. Thanks to the work together we managed to send the response to the client's request before 4:30 pm, resulting in a surprised and satisfied customer. Tomorrow will be our next goal; That the products requested reach the purchaser accordingly.
Teamwork is a way to solve the mishaps we can present, a way that aims to achieve goals and solve problems efficiently and efficiently saving time and building trust among peers.
When a group of people work in teams it is necessary that there is a fairly fluid message exchange, since all the participants must be always aware of the situation on the tasks distributed among the other individuals of the team, since there is a correlation between the Work and all individuals have a common goal. Without good communication all the work assigned can become a message.
Each time you meet the goals faced in a group, you will gradually build confidence within the team, resulting in a solid team capable of facing more and more obstacles that may appear in the way of problem solving. A united team and with confidence is a strong team.
It is necessary to think objectively when carrying out the tasks set, this allows us to work cooperatively, creating a synergy within the team, in other words, producing mutual support between the people who make up the team to achieve the common objectives proposed.
The rewards and credits obtained at the end of the goals should be rationed equitably, since the commitments taken are supposed to be taken together, and the decisions and ideas were implemented by the people seeking a similar purpose. Individuality generates dilemmas within a team by distorting the performance of a task.
Within a work team there must be a constant emission of criticism always in a constructive way, that help the members that make up the team to continue improving in its operation.
Indirectly when applying self-criticism is being created among the individuals of the team an improvement between the values that have each of them, in other words, means to progress personally. Among the virtues that must be highlighted within the work together are responsibility; The commitment that a person has to reach the goal, trust and communication; As emphasized above, the exchange of fluent messages and reciprocal, participatory support; The enthusiasm to contribute ideas, creativity; The formulation of new solutions to the problems that may arise. Strengthening these values leads to personal and group growth.
A good execution of the tasks in team can achieve to obtain excellent rewards, the success must be divided between the participants who were able to approach and to solve the mishaps that can be presented, it is important that there is an excellent communication between the collaborators to solve the problems. Facing a teamwork creates among individuals the development of new values and the strengthening of them, indirectly developing the group to become stronger and stronger.
