The strawberry!

The strawberry is a fruit that my son likes a lot, so I try to include it in his diet, especially in the summer, when this fruit seems to be in the warm season.
This fruit is refreshing and delicious, red and sweet, but it also brings many health benefits!
These benefits are:
-Prevents anemia
-Help to keep the immune system strong.
-It has vitamins B, C.
-Helps eye health.
-Help to lose weight.
-It helps to whiten teeth and keep gums healthy.
-Combat cardiovascular diseases.
-Help when there is a cold.
Friend, encourages and includes this delicious fruit in your diet, with the strawberry you can make juices, jams, include them in all your sweets and eat them alone if it is your taste.

Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamins C and K as well as providing a good dose of fibre, folic acid. I also love o eat fruits. Thanks for sharing.
