Ode to the Box
A Sonnet
by memeon
My cheerful box, you inspire me to write.
How I hate the way you paddle and drool,
Invading my mind day and through the night,
Always dreaming about the dainty sproule.
Let me compare you to a kind buffet?
You are more heavy, attractive and hip.
Clean breeze flaps the active dancers of May,
And the springtime has the keen bulldog clip.
How do I hate you? Let me count the ways.
I hate your fearful feet, hands and toenails.
Thinking of your tearful hands fills my days.
My hate for you is the fainty females.
Now I must away with a painty heart,
Remember my lean words whilst we're apart.
