Assalamualaikum warahmatullah, I hope everyone is well, I am also well by the grace of Alhamdulillah. Education is the backbone of the nation, a very important chapter for the nation is education and good education. Only we can give our children their future plans, their future brightness.
In this way, all the teachers around the world are trying to build children. Why teachers have taken this great initiative, but according to them, children can be educated in good education. Let's get to the main point. Before the main thing comes, I congratulate you in my post.
I work in an organization, it is an organization in Bangladesh, it has more than 100 branches. One of these branches, located in Bogra district of North Bengal of Bangladesh, where I have been working for the last four years. According to the policy of this organization, annual sports are organized every year. That's exactly why we went to the field. I put a photo of it in front of you.

When we went to the field, all the responsible teachers were present there. It was our responsibility to keep the students under control and continue the activities in an orderly manner with the students. It's normal for kids to be chaotic, but it's our responsibility to bring that chaos into order. And that is why every teacher is responsible and they are aware of their own responsibility.
We had about 200 students, from which groups were grouped. The different teachers and teachers were divided among the groups. That they will keep all those students or groups in control and take them to the field and bring them back from the field. I liked the subject and the policy. So I took the group we had from the madrasa and stood there in a group line.
We lined up all the students, from small to large, in a series of rows. There was a fairly light sunshine that day, preventing us from standing for too long. However, the students were loyal to us, listening to us, they were loyal all the time. So they participate in the PT as we say. I took a few pictures during that time.

By standing like this, we did our duty and the cultural teacher we had did his duty, his responsibility was to organize the students well and prepare them by doing different exercises. After arranging and placing the students in rows, the teacher gave them exercise. I tried to make a small video below I uploaded a video from my YouTube channel.
We spent about 45 minutes to an hour like this. It was ten o'clock in the morning. We were given two games each until we brought in the students from time to time. But today, due to a little more exercise, the time passed. And so we had a game assigned to our students and each group.
The game that was determined in our group was target setting. Target setting means that the ball will hit a basket with who can put how many. Each person will be given three balls to each student, he will throw with three balls. As a result, he will be consistently placed in position according to who can put how many. In this way, our program continued till 11 in the morning. Since students are given a bedtime after 11 a.m., we kept sports until 11:00 a.m. However, due to this sport, the minds of the students are generated, encouraged, and enlightened towards studies. And that's why we have such policies in these organizations and almost every organization in our country.
Our organization is organized based on all kinds of topics. A few days ago, I was here to talk about their culture. Although everything will be finalized on the 12th. On that day, there are different subject-based sports, everything will be finalized. So everyone will be by our side and everyone will be with us, everyone is invited to our organization.
