I continue posting more about this portrait commission, after doing the line art version I decided to take it to the next level and did this colour posterized version hehe, it was my 1st time doing such thing with adobe Illustrator and I quite liked the result ๐

Yep I already did a coloured version of the loose hair one, will post it tomorrow ๐
I have done some others portraits in this same posterized style but under NDA (non disclosure agreements) so can't be showing them freely on the web ๐
Sketching is almost everything. It is the painter's identity, his style, his conviction, and then color is just a gift to the drawing.

...however I disagree that colour is just a gift, colours can be the very soul of a drawing
