However in Sabah, we only have one of phototherapy machine here and it is housed right here in Kota Kinabalu.

Good info. If the phototherapy is using UV light as it source, any skin infection can be cured. This is because, most bacteria or fungus, any living organism are sensitive to UV light. We cannot look at it directly as well. It may damage your eyes

Dear @papanog, natural UV light came from the sun. Can a patient use this natural source to cure these infections instead of using artificial UV rays? Sorry for asking, just curious.
Yes. But sun emitting different light wavelengths. And the dose is relatively lower for it to be therapeutic.
Another alternative is using cream antibiotic.
