He is kind of scary. I've lived here 20 years and this is the first time I have felt afraid And its not just me, other neighbors have had strange encounters with him, too.

The good news is that he seems to be gone each week for several days, so we don't have to listen to him swearing at his kids!

I miss being able to have my windows open this summer, but I can't stand listening to him, so I keep them closed. Thank goodness he doesn't get up early, so I can still enjoy a cup of morning tea on the back porch while listening to the birds sing.
