Japan Food (Chirashi with salmon)
ChirasChirasi is a Japanese dish with the ingredients of sushi but without requiring the specific assembly of sushi (a difficulty less, therefore!). Rice and fish, cold, are found in bowls, for a tasting at the top. This salmon chirashi recipe will delight you with its freshness (the fish is raw, as in sushi!) And its Asian flavors (coriander, sesame). Yum !
