Hello everyone! How are you all? I am fine, by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah. Today, I joined this wonderful contest topic, "Broken Trust". Trust is a very sensitive thing that is broken once and then never fixed.
What do you think the word trust means?. |

Trust is the foundation of any healthy relationship. Believing and trusting someone or something based on how reliable, honest, and sincere we think they are. Being vulnerable, admitting our shortcomings, and depending on others without fear of disappointment are all made possible by trust. Cement is a binding agent, fostering unity and devotion and facilitating mutual comprehension between individuals. Reliability is more than a concept; it alters our relationships, lives, and environments.
Presently in your country, do the citizens feel safe to trust one another? If not why? And if yes why? |

No! Recently, there has been a significant decline in my country's citizens' trust. Trusting each other becomes impossible when such acts of violence, theft, and fraud are commonplace. The people find and become even more suspicious of their fellow citizens due to the ineffective police force and accountability.
Yes! In our country, citizens are resilient to every hardship that comes their way and remain united despite the challenges of such a terrible life. Even though a few extreme incidents could destroy the peasantry's confidence, most people of our country nevertheless have faith in the kindness of others. I know the hospitality, warmth, and generosity of the culture of my country. It is ingrained in our society and fosters a collaborative and trustworthy environment. Citizens can trust each other daily because of the strong social fabric built on shared values.
Have you had any experience where your trust in someone was broken? Or such a scenario from a Friend? |

Yes, someone has broken my trust. I trusted a girl and kept her in my house. Even after being in my home for so long, she stole my phone. After asking her a lot, she said she didn't steal, but I returned my phone when I checked her bag. She thought I trusted her a lot. So, I will not check her back. But my husband said so, and I was forced to check her bag. I haven't believed in her since then.

Getting back on track after a broken trust is hard and important. Sincerely, patiently, and consistently try to win back someone's trust after you've lied to them. Here are some good ways to fix trust problems:
- Start a conversation with the person who was hurt. As you listen to their feelings and goals, be honest about your own. When there is clear communication, cracks are filled, and trust is rebuilt.
- Show that you are fully committed. Keep your promises, commit to things you say you'll do, and be reliable. Stability over time lets the other person know that you have changed how you act.
- Say sorry and take responsibility. A sincere apology admits that you did something wrong. Admit that you were wrong, apologize seriously, and show you what will happen. Show that you're sorry by doing something.
Remember that building trust again takes time. It would help if you were willing to be open and want to heal for the dance to work.

Es muy difícil describir el sentimiento que se siente al ser objeto de una traición y se cree la desconfianza. Esa mezcla de sensaciones que van desde sentirse muy molesto, pasando por la decepción y llegar hasta hacernos pensar que somos tontos.
Es quizá por todo eso que recuperar la confianza en alguien que se la auto quito, es muy difícil de realizar. Considero que por mas que muestre arrepentimiento o acciones similar, nunca se logra a restaurar del todo la confianza rota.

Currently, the different countries are not providing that trust that we should have in the rulers.
At home it has also happened to me that I trust them and they steal from me, what a horrible and dishonest situation.

La confianza es verdad realmente a través de ella y mostrando las acciones a nuestras personas cercanas podemos generar un mayor índice de esta, si perdemos está confianza es algo difícil de recuperar pero si se puede, suerte en la dinámica! 👾👾👾
