First, wash and clean the meat well. Put a pan in the oven and put enough oil in it. After the oil gets hot, add cardamom and cinnamon. I have heated the spices for a while. Then I kept my hair down. Otherwise the spices would burn.

Then I added onion, garlic, and ginger paste to it. Then shake well and extract the masala. I added the amount of salt. I first grinded the onion garlic ginger well and then added the powdered masalas.

When the masala was cooked, I added the meat. Cover the meat and stir for 10 minutes. After ten minutes, I removed the lid and stirred the curry. The water then came out of the meat.

At this stage, I added dry spices to the meat. Stir and cover again for some time. I made the fire of the stove very low. After some time, I removed the lid and added some water to it.

When the meat was slightly cooked, I added satkara to it. I store satkara in the deep freezer. Whenever needed, I take it out of the fridge and soak it for some time and then use it in curries. I had to save this satkara. So it looks like this. Anyway, after giving satkara, I shook it well and covered it for some time.

After the meat was cooked well, I added broth to it. I added a bit more broth to the meat curry. And since it's meat with bones, it took a little longer to cook the bones. After adding water to the curry, I covered the pot with a lid. Then I increased the fire of the stove. So that the curry becomes thick.

After the curry broth thickened, I took the pan off the stove. Then I took curry in a bowl. I took a selfie with the bowl of curry. Meat curry with satkara is very tasty. Anyone can try if they want.
