Optimization - Fixed post for useful or important information
The current form of publication of the posts in Steemit, as in Busy.org, does not allow Fixed Post (Pin to Top of Page), which is something that is very necessary that Fixed Post can be allowed.
Why would the Fixed Post be useful?
There are several Steemit accounts that are followed by thousands of people, and every day they publish important or useful information, but these posts are buried under the new published posts, making it impossible for people to see the information already published in those posts

There are several pages of Steemit that undertake some type of business, in which they receive in return extra profits from Steemit users, such as, for example, pages that offer to vote by post of the users that send a certain amount of SBD or in Steem, and it is common that every so often they have to update the business conditions, adjusting the agreed value, to receive a vote from them, but when they post the post that contains such information, it can be lost sight of, after several posts that are being published recently, and this may cause many users who use that "purchased votes" service, not to hear about the new updates, and make the mistake of doing the same as before the update, which in some cases may lead to something that harms it.
Regardless of what people think of services such as "vote sales", the Fixed Post, can be useful for any type of content that you want to give relevance to the rest of the content that has been published by the same person .
Implementation of suggested optimization
Because it is only a call to an existing content, it is not necessary to alter the code of the Steem BlockChain, since the content call can be done from the web language of the portal, either Steemit.com or Busy .org.
You can use as an example the post fix function found on Facebook or Twitter.
It can be limited to a block of only 5 fixed post, per user.
