Olive is a vitamin-C rich fruit. This olive is a summer fruit. Olive is a well-known fruit of Bangladesh. Just hearing the name of olive makes the tongue water. Many people like olives. Some people do not want to eat this fruit. Because olives are sour fruits. A person should make a habit of eating olives regularly. Because olive helps keep our body healthy. Olive peel helps us digest food. And reduces the risk of stomach colon and colon cancer, keeps skin and hair roots strong, prevents bone loss, controls diabetes, keeps eyes healthy and boosts immunity. Raw olives are especially nutritious. Olive works well for different parts of our body. Olives have many nutrients. There are 70 kcal per 100 grams of olives. Contains 9.7 mg of sugar. Vitamin-C contains 13 mg. and contains 59 mg of calcium. Which is very good for our body.
