The Hilltop Town

I was chanced during the very last moment of the just-ended the year 2019, to undertake a project here in Ghana. The activity covered a place in Ghana that most people do not know of its existence. Not because it is too far from the city. But there are a lot of challenges that make life there so uncomfortable. This is a fact makes the place underdeveloped. The basic materials that humans need to make life enjoyable are not available.

With my colleagues, we made a good walk over the mountains to climb to reach the town of our target. It was far more than we expected. But through it all, it was a beautiful adventure that was made. Trees and bush were all that we could see as we journeyed on. This place has no electricity and a mobile network. And so our stay during this whole time, we could not reach anyone from home.

Life in some other parts of the world looks so different and difficult. But the inhabitants there look so happy and living a good life. They do not go out of the place but stays there always. It was a town l enjoyed visiting. It is so good for hiking activities. This place is located in the volta region of Ghana. It really was a great adventure to share.
