I wish l could simply fly these mushrooms to the end of @dswigle for her usage. She may probably love them. So she prepares a meal with it for herself and the family. But since that is going to be so difficult, l still have to share them here with her on #marketfriday which certainly is her own initiative. Thanks so much for giving us the platform to share love amd happiness to embrace a beautiful market.

Today, my entry will not be a typical market scene but it still worth it since l seem to buy this food from a farmer here in Ghana. They caught my attention on seeing them for the first time. This is the second time l have made a market post about mushrooms. They really are so common here in Ghana especially when the rains start. Almost every ground is seen growing one naturally.

Mushrooms are so good to prepare a meal with. I personally love them with a local soup. It comes with a different taste and so good. Thats just the other side. Mushrooms are beautifully grown mostly when the rain is in session. They come with so many varieties. There are those ones with a microphone like head. Others are simply umbrella like. They all are really good.

Its nutritional value is so important and must be considered. I personally like the umbrella head type. So broad and big. Find a market near you if you could get a mushroom for the weekend. You may locate them in the bush or farms as well if you are near one. Eat mushroom today and live good. This is my submission today for #marketfriday.

Hi Sam! This may not be a typical Market, but this is absolutely a wonderful Market that you have presented to me. In actuality, this is the way all markets were, way back when. We all provide it for ourselves. It's funny because mushrooms are very rare here where I live. It's not even said it's so dry oh, but the soil is well-drained and so the mushrooms don't have a chance to survive. I actually wish they did.

I also love mushrooms and use them frequently to prepare my meals. They are wonderful in soup and the variety is endless. There nutritional value is up there and if I had to go with taste alone, I would say these are a valuable source of food. Plus the fact, that so many people hunt and gather them in the woods. Which means that they are free. You can't beat that! I want to thank you for always and forever bringing me a most interesting Market. I appreciate all of your hard work in gathering it and putting it together.

#MarketFriday loves you!
