Ghanaian Cuisine(Koose)
I share a ghanaian cuisine locally called (Koose). It is a pastry like meal with a hot delicious taste. Koose is fried and taken with porridge or anything in the morning. Some people prefer to take it milo or any other beverage in the morning. It comes with different varieties and taste.
This very type of Koose is fried with egg and slice of onions. When taken with porridge, it is seen a perfect complement since that is what most Ghanaians would prefer. It is a mixture of flour, pepper, salt, eggs and other veggies which are fried in oil for a perfect turn.
Koose is very affordable and delicious to taste. I bought 9ne today this morning which l wish to share the experience with my readers. I hope to see @joythewanderer, @sweetsssj, @dswigle and other steemians to have a try when they visit Ghana.
