Monday Boxing 👊 Workout Round 3 + Sweet Breakfast :)

Happy Monday Steemians!

We kick off another beautiful Monday morning, starting off where we left on our prior week's Thursday training.. Boxing 👊!

The Workout

If you recall our last Thursday workout (if not here's the link), we did a boxing session with our friend Nate Bower, and it was Round 2 of his recent 15 min workouts.
Today we resume those sessions picking up Round 3 of similar workout, apparently he has 7 of those, so we're in for few more!
This one is also a 15 min session, where you give those arms and upper body muscles some pump, while not forgetting some foot work (although minimal in this one)
The beauty of those training sessions is the coordination you need to get the proper movements and combinations completed. I personally at times get lost in the action, and it takes me a while to get back on track with the proper combo, but you will be sweating like crazy!
All in all, I like it! Quick, fast, and intense. Give it a try!

The Breakfast

So for today's breakfast, I prepared a weird yet (IMO) good looking stuff lol
I boiled a couple of eggs, cut them off and laid them out in a Arabic bread sandwich

And then let's bring in a banana, cut it off, and add it to the sandwich

Throw in some black cummin

Now that the sandwich is ready, let's add some Chocoooo ! :)

I got me a couple of those amazingly delicious toasts, spread some dark choco, and added few walnuts... and TADAAA

I have done one kick boxing class in my life and man was it humbling! I had no idea how difficult it was to punch a back quickly for any duration of time! 15 seconds into the set I felt as if my arms were in an oven while my muscles were slowly pulling away from the bone haha talk about fatigue!

Props to anyone who trains this way on a regular basis! It is a great workout and soooo difficult!
