Cucumber Tree

We locally call this iba (with the stress on -a) on the Visayas region of the Philippines. In Luzon on the other hand they call it kamias (kam-yas). It's a fruit that is sour and can easily be grown in any place. We have 4 trees in this kind of plant in our frontyard and backyard. Some of our neighbor can get it for free from us since the tree bears fruit in hundreds. My Lola would sometime sell some to the local market. It's one of those sour fruit that would surely bring a cringe on your face when you eat one.
