Dragon Fly - Photography

I found this insect flying about and suddenly went on a nearby wall to perch. It's a red dragon fly with a brownish head. It's feathers are transparent and hardly to be noticed.

As I tried to get closer initially, I thought it would fly but it was patent enough to wait for me to get very close, took a couple of shots to my satisfaction before leaving.

I like its transparent feathers. It could be very deceptive as one could hardly notice.
